Room 217, Evening

Savannah was sick.

She had slept off and on most of the day -- even though she hadn't planned to. Everytime she woke up, she was sure she was getting up to go to work and do other things. However, her body had other ideas and she would start coughing, or just end up falling back to sleep.

Needless to say, she wasn't enjoying herself right now.

"Of course, baby," he murmured and let her get into position first before he started, warming his hands to ease her muscles.

"Oooh," she said softly. "That feels so nice, love."

Johnny was careful, gentle with her, but firmly working his fingers and palms over her flesh, willing the muscles to give under the warmth. "I'm sorry you don't feel well, sweetheart. I wish there was something I could do."

Savannah was relaxing against him. "You are doing something, love. This is helping so much."

"Tomorrow, we'll see how you feel. If you're not doing any better, I'm taking you to the clinic, okay?"

She didn't like the idea of going to the clinic, but she nodded anyway.

"All right. If I'm still sick, you can take me," she promised.

"I promise you," he said, "I will only take you if it's absolutely necessary, okay?" Johnny knew her fear and he wouldn't cause her unnecessary stress and hurt and everything associated with the clinic for her.

"I know," she said, leaning against him more and closing her eyes as he relaxed her muscles. She trusted him completely.
