Beach, Friday Evening -- Johnny's Birthday Party

Savannah had gotten people's help to set up everything on the beach for the party and she was pretty happy with the results. There was a table with food and drinks and another table for gifts. There were tiki torches spread around the area for light and ambiance. They had also made sure there was plenty of space for dancing and just flopping onto towels on the sand after playing in the water.

A banner was strung between two trees that read:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOHNNY!!

"Yeah no..." he said, squeezing again. "I am not at all fluffy, Isabel." And he flexed his muscles just to prove it. Cause he was a guy and that's what guys do dammit.

"Not fluffy. Sleek," she replied. "And powerful apparently."

She had a boyfriend, yes. But no one said she couldn't appreciate the view.

Oh, that certainly boosted Johnny's ego, not that it needed it, but hey...

"Powerful. I like that word. Powerfully hot?" he asked, casting her a sideways grin as he heated his body a bit; well, more than normal at least.

"Totally," he nodded. "Because I'm going to run as fast as I can to Wyatt and tell him in a hurry."

"You're just looking to cause trouble aren't you?" Isabel sighed. "You're hair will wind up pink."

"Want to see some fireworks?"

Grinning, Johnny stepped away from her and lit up his arm, then, looking skyward, he sent a rapid succession of fireballs shooting straight up, only to burst and disinigrate once they got so high.

Laughing, he set another ray shooting skyward, enjoying her response before he quit, cooling down.

"I don't do this often enough."
