Monday Evening, Serenity Cove

There was still plenty of light out when Savannah made her way to Serenity Cove.

Last night had not been the best night for her -- causing a fight between her boyfriend and her big brother. She had been almost positive that Johnny and Anders were going to come to blows and that was something that she never wanted to see.

She was restless and had a lot of tension in her that she needed to work out.

So, after swimming for a little while, she came back up onto the sand and sat for awhile, trying to calm herself down and release all of the tension.

Meditation... was not working.

That would be why she was now doing cartwheels and backflips up and down the beach.

Like Savannah wouldn't know he was there?

When people wandered off, she gathered up her towel and her sketchpad and made her way up to the rocks.

"Want some company... or want to be alone?" Her smile was soft.

"I didn't want to bother you," he said low, patting the rock beside him. "How did you know I was up here?"

"You're never a bother." She climbed up next to him. "A couple of ways. One, it's getting dark, and you don't like me out alone after dark. Two... you're my Johnny and I can sometimes just tell when you're nearby." She looked down.

"Those are two great answers, Savannah, and they are both correct." He smiled and put his arm around her shoulders, pulling her in against his side. "That and I just like watching you, learning you..."

Savannah leaned against him. "Learning what, love?"

"Everything," he whispered and leaned over, kissing her cheek softly. "I just like to watch you. Your expressions, your movements; everything."

"I enjoy watching you, too, love. I love seeing the way your eyes can be so expressive... how you move." She smiled. "Like hearing your voice, too."

"Do you?" he chuckled. "Kind of sexy, eh?" Johnny teased her, leaning over again to nuzzle her neck playfully.

"I wanted to tell you something," he said after he pulled back. "I'm sorry about Anders last night. Just pricked me the wrong way, you know?"

"You don't need to apologize. I wasn't upset with you. I was upset with me for causing the fight in the first place." She looked up at him. "I know you're not going to hurt me, Johnny."

"You didn't cause anything. It was my ego. Maybe Anders. All guys have them, sweetheart." What? He totally was blaming Anders too.

"And you're right. I'd never hurt you." He grinned. "Did you like your flowers?"

Savannah smiled at him. "Yes! I loved them. Thank you so much Johnny."

"You are very welcome," he said, his hand wrapping down to her waist now. "You've been sketching?"

She nodded. "Yeah, been sketching a lot the last couple of days." She lay her head against his chest.

"Really? What have you been sketching? Me maybe? Nude?" he asked her playfully.

She gave him a thoughtful look. "Not nude yet..."

He quirked a mischievous brow, "Yet?"

"You," he said, squeezing her, "Are wonderful."

She kissed him for that. "I love you."

God, she really loved hearing him say thsat.

"So... if I got good enough, would you want to pose for me?"

He gave her a sly grin. "Darling, do you seriously have to ask me that?" Show off his body? Hell yeah!

"I've never drawn... like that before, Johnny."
