Room 208, After Workshops

After her workshop, Savannah was on her way to her room when she decided that she was going to stop in to see one of her de facto big brothers. He was a guy, and he had experience. Plus, he was easy to talk to -- he had certainly been very supportive and helpful with that whole shirt incident.

Besides, it helped that he lived down the hall from her.

Hoping he was in, Savannah knocked lightly on his door.

"Come in," Wyatt called, lying on his bed with his laptop looking up information on high explosives.

Savannah opened the door and came in. "Hey, Wyatt."

"Hey, Savannah," Wyatt said, sitting up. "What's up?"

"You busy?"

"Not really," Wyatt said. He gestured to Tannim's now-empty bed. "Have a seat. What can I help you with?"

Savannah sat down on the bed. "I have guy issues."

"Do I need to beat someone up?" Wyatt asked. Savannah felt like the little sister he never had to him (well, except for Chris), and thus his protective instincts engaged.

Savannah gave him a small smile. "No... I don't think so?" She sighed. "You know I've been one of many people seeing Johnny Storm, correct?"

"And Chris thinks I'm a slut," Wyatt said, rolling his eyes. "Did Johnny do something to upset you?"

Savannah tilted her head. "I come to ask you questions and talk to you about the fact that Eve and Lana think I should date someone else besides just Johnny... and you're setting me up with your brother." Her voice was teasing. "You're like the most awesome pseudo big brother ever."

Wyatt smirked. "I know, I know," he said. "I can't help myself." He winked at her.

"See, this is why we could never date, we are just too damn much alike."

Wyatt snickered. "I'd be bad for you anyway."

"And how do you know it woldn't be me being bad for you," she teased.

"No such thing as a girl who's bad for me," Wyatt said.

"Unless her last name is Levine," she laughed. "Do me a favor? For my mental stability, don't date my cousin, okay?"

She gave him a look. "Hey, how come no girl is bad for you, but you guys seem to think Johnny is bad for me?"

"Because guys suck," Wyatt said. He glanced sideways at Savannah. "But your cousin is pretty hot."

She wrinkled her nose. "Yeah, lot's not think about that." She gave him a serious look. "I know why Eve doesn't like him, and I know why Lana thinks I should be with someone else... but Wyatt? Why don't you trust Johnny around me?"

She may already be trying to figure out how to ask Chris out.

Wyatt shrugged. "I don't really know him, but he gets around from what I hear. Nothing wrong with that" -- insert a little pot, kettle, here -- "but I'm betting you'd like someone a little more devoted to you."

She may have blushed a little. "That's not a bad thing, is it?"

"Not at all," Wyatt said. "You just have to know when some guy isn't going to give that to you."

"Johnny has been honest in that he isn't ready for anything like that and that he's enjoying playing the field with all of the girls and Ronan..." She bit her lip. "But... I would like to be involved with someone who would want to be more devoted to me..."

"At least he's upfront about it," Wyatt said. "That's cool. But yeah, if you want more attention, you should look elsewhere." He grinned at Savannah. "Bet you could have Chris wrapped around your finger in less than two weeks."

Savannah laughed. "You're assuming that Chris would want to go out with me."

"Trust me," Wyatt said. "You're cute. You just might have to poke him a little."
