Room 217, Friday Evening

Savannah came back to the dorms after what had seemed like a very long day at work.

She gently put Johnny!lynx down on the floor, shushing Destiny as she growled a warning at the kitten. She changed into something loose and comfortable and went to the bed.

Putting a warming spell on the blankets, she crawled into the bed and reached for the remote. She had felt cold all day, but now with the warming spell, she could feel her muscles starting to relax a bit as she warmed up.

Yes, much to her dismay, it appeared as though Savannah had caught a cold and she was not thrilled with it.

And lucky for her, Johnny chose that moment to change back to true form and he stretched out on the floor, naked as the day he was born.

Savannah rolled over to hang her head over the side of the bed. And whoa, did that make her dizzy.

"Welcome back, love."

Sitting up, Johnny gave her a lopsided grin and ran his hand back through his hair. "I gave you a hard time?"

He hopped up and reached for a pair of sweats, shrugging into them a little unsteadily.

She smiled and carefully shook her head.

"Nothing major." She grinned. "You shredded a bikini and terrorized Destiny the first night. But after that, nothing big."

"Sorry?" he said, looking sheepish. Sitting down on the bed he reached out to stroke a hand down her hair. "You're not feeling good." A statement, not a question.

"You were adorable, love. Just ask Isabel." She leaned into his hand. "Just a cold, I think."

"It was a long week," he said, turning slightly red. "Are you cold? Can I get you anything?"

"And you as a lynx didn't cause me any stress -- though you may have scared the delivery guys I called and let you threaten through the phone. You also tried to protect me from Eve on Wednesday." She smiled slightly. "I have been freezing all day."

Johnny hung his head. "You shouldn't have let me leave this room." But he moved closer and wrapped an arm around her, warming her, or trying.

"Hey! I wasn't locking you up in the room all week over something that wasn't your fault. You wouldn't do that to me." She let out a happy sound. "Oh... that feels nice."

"I know," he complied. "I know that." But if anyone teased him... man.

"Does it?" he asked, smiling and laying back along side her. "Stupid cold."

If anyone teased him? They'd meet her most powerful knock back spell.

She curled closer to him. "Oh very much does."

Okay, so she had missed being held all week. Shush.

She wasn't the only one. He shifted slightly, enough to bring her closer, both arms wrapping around her. "I could make you tea."

She leaned up to kiss him.

"I missed you, too."

He kissed her deeply, but slowly, dragging out the kiss for as long as he could.

She had no problem with making the kiss last for as long as possible.

Which was good, because Johnny was in no mood to quit. Not anytime soon, and he paid lovely attention to her jawline and neck as well as her mouth, alternating kisses between the three.

Savannah was making soft purring noises as he did that. She moved a hand behind his neck so that she could move closer to him and his mouth.

Johnny shifted, getting closer without settling his weight against her. He had missed her and he was going to take his time loving her.

And he clearly wasn't thinking about her cold right now.

She wasn't thinking about her cold, either.

She had missed him, and she was going to enjoy spending as much time with him as possible right now. She allowed her free hand to move down his side.

He moaned against her neck. Just a small, husky little noise that vibrated in his throat more than anything else. And he moved again, settling more firmly against her hips, shifting to lay between her thighs as he moved his hand down her side, along the curve of her ribcage to her hip.

She shivered when she felt that vibration from his throat against her skin. She smiled, moving her legs slightly so he could become more comfortable against her.

"God, I want you," he whispered huskily, taking tiny nips of her skin. When she moved, he settled in more fully against her, allowing her to feel the truth behind his words.

"I'm right here, love. I want you, too... so much."

Johnny was kind of impatient. What with the whole cat thing this last week. It made total sense for him to divest of his clothing quickly, seeking to hurry up and help her with hers. "Off. Now."
