Sunday Night, Room 217

Savannah in all of her wisdom had decided to something that would probably end up with her, Johnny and K-Mart wanting to go out and get drunk when all of this was over.

She had decided to organize a sleepover for the kids shared between the three of them. She figured that this would give the kids a chance to bond and the adults some time to not be on constant guard with them.

K-Mart and LJ hadn't arrived yet, so Savannah was taking the opportunity to lay down some ground rules for her kids.

"No making fire balls. No using magic on each other. No being mean to K-Mart or to LJ." She looked at Storm. "No threatening to use magic on K-Mart." She looked back at Kristofer. "No threatening to fireball LJ. He is your brother and you will be polite to him, got it?"

Savannah nodded. "Do your mommys know where you are, sweetheart?" She asked the little girl.

"I tolds them I was going with my LJ."

No, she didn't.

LJ, for his part, didn't seem too upset to be claimed. He just plopped down on the floor.

When he did this, Mairin promptly crawled into his lap and got comfortable.

K-Mart couldn't help grinning at that. Apparently he had his father's luck with the ladies.

Storm wasn't sure about this new arrival and she was sitting close to Kristofer.

"What's your name?" She asked the girl in LJ's lap.

"I'm Mairin. This is my LJ and you can't have him." she informed Storm.

Savannah grinned at K-Mart.

"Well, at least some kid connected to your family likes him," K-Mart said to Savannah, low enough that no little ears could hear.

"I like him," she said quietly. "Storm and Kristofer will warm up to him. They tried to kill their sister last year... oh that was fun..."

"I said kid," K-Mart said. "You don't count in that equation." She blinked. "Wait, what? Are you serious?"

"She told Storm demons were going to eat her and Storm and Kristofer took offense to that," she explained. "However, by the time they left, she was their sister and no one was allowed to mess with her."

"Oh, my God." K-Mart facepalmed. "So LJ actually got off easy, between the almost getting hit with a fireball and almost getting a spell cast on him, then."

Savannah smiled and nodded. "Yeah." She looked over to where Mairin was talking babbling at LJ. "He doesn't look so sad now."

"No, he doesn't," K-Mart agreed. "I'm glad he seems happy now. I would've hated for his entire time here to be miserable."

Kristofer had shifted on the floor and now Storm was being held by him as he apparently told her a story. She didn't look like she was going to be awake much longer.

K-Mart smiled as she watched the two siblings. It really was adorable how close they were.
