Saturday Night, A Hotel On The Mainland - Valentine's

Surpisingly enough, Savannah had not woken up that morning with a hangover after her adventures with the spiked punch at the dance. It probably helped that she had taken ibuprofen before falling asleep -- and that Johnny had made her rest in bed most of the day. He was the one who opened the door when all of the flowers were delivered to them this morning -- something that had made her very happy about.

After she had slept for awhile, they had gotten dressed and then Johnny whisked her away to the mainland so they could celebrate Valentine's Day alone together. They had gone to a nice restaurant for dinner, and then out to a club for a little while. They hadn't stayed there long, and then Johnny was taking her hand and bringing her to the hotel suite he had reserved.

Walking in and seeing all of the rose petals and candles every where had made her get all misty with how romantic and sweet it was. When she saw the Jacuzzi and the rose petals in there, too, she once again decided that she had the best boyfriend ever.

Savannah nodded, smiling at him. "I really have, love. It's been wonderful."

He bent, kissed her mouth as his fingers curled up in her hair.

"Want to try the jacuzzi?" he asked as he pulled back, just slightly.

Her arms had gone around his neck to return the kiss. "Okay," she said smiling at him. Then she tilted her head. "Do you want your present now or later?

Hands resting lightly against her hips, Johnny was wondering if he wanted to just take her to bed and try the jacuzzi later. He'd had a little to drink with dinner and he was more than a touch turned on by his girlfriend.

"That depends," he whispered, ducking his head to kiss her chin.

"Mmm?" She murmured, shivering a little as she leaned into him. "On what?"

She'd had only a little champagne with dinner and she was pretty much always turned on anytime her boyfriend looked at her.

"On whether or not you want to give it to me now, or later," he murmured against her jawline, his hands moving from her hips to her backside, where he pulled her against him.

Savannah groaned softly. "I should probably give it to you now before you get me to the point where I forget that and my own name."

Because she was definitely already seeing stars.

He smiled against her throat, kissing there once more before he straightened and stepped back, putting his hands up. "I'll be nice," he grinned, winking at her as stepped towards the bed where he sat to wait for her.

Savannah smiled at him before going to her overnight bag and pulling out a small gift-wrapped box. She held it to her chest for a moment, biting her lip. Taking a deep breath, she turned and cam to sit on the bed next to him.

"Before you open it, I need to tell you something about it, okay?"

Johnny watched her, curious, amused, and stared her in the eye when she asked him what she did. "All right, baby."

"See, for a few weeks I had been trying to figure out the perfect thing to get you for Valentine's Day," she said in a soft voice. "I wanted it to be something special, but it also had to be perfect. I was having a hard time finding what I thought was the right thing. Then the thing with my memory happened." Sadness over the pain he had gone through because of that flashed through her eyes for a moment. "When you gave me the little flower and vine ring and everything came back to me... I had this made up for you."

Giving him a shy and hesitant smile. She handed over the small box.

"Sweetheart," he murmured, his hand reaching to hold her cheek before he dropped his gaze to the box. When he opened it, seeing the ring, he felt his heart lurch up into this throat and he couldn't speak for a minute.

Not for the next minute after that either.

If she saw moisture in his eyes, it was totally the rose petals messing with him.

Savannah chewed on her bottom lip for a moment in a bout of nervousness when he didn't say anything.

"I-if it doesn't fit," she stammered nervously. "I can take it back and re-size it or..." She looked at him. "J-Johnny?"

"No...no," he assured her when he could find his voice. Taking the ring from the box, he put it on his finger, his left finger because he could and because that's where he wanted it.

"It's perfect, god, it's perfect." He looked at her and could do nothing save kiss her, and kiss her deeply.

Relief flooded through her when heard him and when he kissed her like that, there was nothing she could do except hold onto him and kiss him right back.

He turned into her, his hand capturing her neck, and gently laid her back on the bed, even as he kicked off his shoes. His tongue stole deep into her mouth, kissing her with a passion that struck him hard. And his hand worked down from her neck, skimming along her side, down to mid-thigh, where he slipped his hand up under the hi! dirty modder here! little cocktail dress she wore and holding to her hip where he traced light paths with his fingertips down over the silky panties she wore.

Savannah made a soft, happy sound against his mouth when she felt his hand go up beneath the dress. Her body trembled and she moved a little closer against him, her free hand running down his chest, pulling it out from his dress pants so her hand could be free to touch the warmth of his skin.

He shifted slightly, giving her better access to do as she wished, but he tempted and teased, stroking her over the material of her panties, back and forth, drawing small circles lightly, watching her face.

Savannah whimpered softly, her eyes darkening slightly as he teased her. She tugged his shirt open and started moving her hands along his chest and down to the waistband of his pants. Instead of trying to get them open, she moved her hand along the front of his pants, running lightly over him through the material as she looked up into his face.

When she heard him, she pulled back very, very slowly, keeping eye contact as she did so. When she had finished, she move to sit on the bed, wiping her mouth and blushing again.

Ah, god, she was going to be the death of him.

He came up and over her quickly, pushing her to lay back as he nuzzled her neck, kissing and nibbling playfully. "Minx," he muttered, and reached under her dress to pull her panties down and off, tossing them aside.

It was his turn now and with a wicked grin, he lowered himself down her body, worming his way between her legs where his mouth fell over her, his tongue sliding between the soft, pink flesh. And yes, his eyes were on hers.
