Savannah was sprawled across the bed on her stomach reading a very interesting book that had her completely focused on it. Every so often she would shake her head and smirk at the dialogue and then would grin as she got an idea in her head.

Of course, Destiny was curled up at the end of the bed, not sure what had her "Mom" so entranced.

One hand skimmed down her ribcage to curl in against her hip, gently grasping, pulling her in against him as he moved to lay back on his back, bringing her carefully over him.

She loved it when she was this close to him. Every time he touched her, she felt safe... and how much she wanted to be kissing him.

He kissed her long and passionately, holding her against his body, his fingers splayed low over the small of her back.

Savannah moved slightly, running a hand down his side, digging her fingers into his hip slightly as they kissed.
