Room 217, Monday Afternoon/Evening

After her world mysthology class, Savannah was laying across the bed with babybot Cairo. The baby was facing the TV... which seemed to be playing a collection of Eddie Izzard dvds.

"See, Cairo, any time you decide to claim something, you must make sure that you have a flag first."

She had such awesome parenting skills.

Johnny was lounging on the bed also, slightly confused by this whole scene. "There is something entirely disturbing about that baby." Pause. "You know this, right?"

Savannah scooted back to lay close to him. "Yes, I completely agree with you. However, considering who gave me this assignment, are you really surprised?"

"No," Johnny said. "I don't think he likes me. Better you deal with droid baby. I'd toss the little sucker out the window."

Savannah wrinkled her nose. "Real babies are not nearly this creepy or annoying... and they don't record everything they hear or see."

"Say what? This baby is recording us?" Johnny asked.

"Nope," Savannah said with a grin. "You and I are not talking as far as the baby knows. I cast a Privacy spell." She kissed him. "The benefits of dating a witch, my love."

He grinned seductively and kissed her back. "I knew I loved you for more than just your hot body."

Johnny smiled. "Like what?" he asked, trailing his finger down her thigh. And yes, he was totally fishing here.

She pulled back so she could look into his eyes. "Your integrity... your intelligence... your determination to keep those you care about safe... your devilish attitudes..."

"All of that?" he asked her, surprised that she saw so much, and maybe a little shy about it. "That's kind of awesome, Savannah."

"You're pretty awesome, Johnny." She said simply.

He stared at her for a long moment then leaned towards her and whispered, "It's because you make me so."

Savannah blushed and ran her fingertips along his cheek. "I've always thought that about you."

"Do you ever think about graduation, Savannah? You know I graduate a year before you..."

Savannah swallowed hard and then nodded. "I do... and I know."

Johnny raked a hand back through his hair and laid back on the bed, staring up at the ceiling. "That is going to suck."

Savannah reached out and put a hand on Johnny's leg.

"Yes, love, it's going to suck a lot... and there is nothing we can do about it," she forced the waver out of her voice. "But it is over a year away..."

"...and we'll make the most of our time here. Droid babies and all," he said, winking at her, trying to lighten the mood after what he said, what he brought up.

"I am never taking this class again so there will be no more droid babies," she said, wrinkling her nose again.

It wasn't like she hadn't thought about what was going to happen to them when he graduated... but that didn't mean she wanted to talk about it any time soon. Paige and Clayton had pointed out enough times that she was younger.

Johnny looked over at said baby and shuddered. "Ew. Just... ew."

"He's crazy."

"Glad I don't have to take care of it," he stated, smirking. "And it's kind of good practice for you, isn't it Savannah?" Johnny teasing? Nahhhhh.

"He's not real." Savannah's eyes gleamed and then she grinned. "Practice for what?"

She wanted to see what he'd say while he was being teasing.

"For being a mom of course," he said in a d'uh tone of voice, totally not meeting her eyes. "What I want to know though, is if you plan on casting spells on your own, poor, unsuspecing kids?"

"It depends on how much like their father they are."

Johnny gave her a mock pout before he totally bust out laughing and then he turned and pounced on her. "You are so deserving of a tickle right now."

Savannah squealed and tried to squirm away.

Come on, Johnny was 6'1" and weighed a good three times more than she did. Savannah totally did not get away. His hands found her ribs and he wiggled them mercilessly. "Do you know how cute you look right now?"

Savannah was giggling and squirming against him too much to form a response.
