She had managed to somehow keep herself pulled together as she said goodbye to first Dalton and then to Kristofer and Storm.
She kept herself pulled together and when she got back to the dorms, she started cleaning the room. She carefully packed away the toys and things that her kids had played with. She was trying to make sure they were safe and nothing happened to them so they'd be here for them the next time she saw them.
She wasn't even aware that she was so focused on cleaning that she didn't notice when the tears started coming.
