Room 217, Tuesday Evening

Savannah wasn't feeling very well, which would explain why she was laying on her bed with an arm across her eyes. Her eyes... which were a little out of focus at times.

She had been feeling fine earlier after her workshop. She had talked with Johnny about... someone who had messed with him and how she was going to put a stop to it. They had both not liked the idea of the other getting hurt and promised that they wouldn't get hurt.

Afterwards, she had gone to buy a pie... and also found herself in conversation with the new Principal.

Of course, she had to cut the conversation short because she became a little disoriented and her eyes were messing with her.

That would be why she was laying down now, trying to make her eyes stop being fuzzy long enough for her to go find something to drink and some aspirin. It was probably a headache building -- even though nothing hurt.

Johnny came back from being in town where he'd handwavily went by J,GOB's, picking up some pie to take back for him and Savannah to enjoy.

He didn't count on seeing her laying down, her arm thrown across her eyes. He was quiet, setting the to go box down on her dresser, and he moved to sit at the end of her bed, carefully.

Savannah felt him on the bed and she moved her arm from her face. "Hey."

"Hey," he said softly, laying his hand on her leg. "I didn't wake you, did I?"

Savannah shook her head slowly. "No, I was awake," she said softly. "I think I'm getting a headache... or something." She looked confused for a moment. "My eyes are giving me issues."

Johnny moved up along the edge of the bed and pressed his hand to her forehead. "Migraines can screw with your eyes - is it that bad?"

"I don't feel any pain at all, that's the odd thing. Just my eyes keep going in and out of fuzziness." She frowned slightly. "I can't get a migraine or sick right now. I have too much to do..."

Concerned, he looked at her carefully. "Savannah? Do you need to go to the clinic? I'll take you?"

Savannah turned completely white and her eyes widened. "No, no clinic. No laboratories." Her voice had a thread of fear in it. "Eyes are feeling better already." She was obviously lying, but still tried to get up to prove she was alright.

"Hey, hey, it's okay. You'll stay right here, okay? I won't take you anywhere you don't want to go." Johnny moved over her, laying down on his side by her to take her into his arms. "Come here, lay your head down on me...what's wrong? Is it just your eyes, sweetheart?"

When he said that she didn't have to go to the clinic, Savannah calmed down again. She lay her head on his shoulder, closing her eyes again for a moment. "It seems to be. Every so often, things get fuzzy for a few moments."

"If that keeps up, let me know, okay?" Johnny was worried; anything involving the eyes like that just didn't sound right.

Savannah nodded. "I'll let you know, promise."
