[OOC] : Cheerleader Auction Update

Aaaaaand that is no longer the case :D
Also, the question came up yesterday about having your characters underbid. You are certainly welcome to do that! It will be assumed that the bids were received in order, with the highest bidder being the winner.
You are also welcome to work out bidding wars with other players.
