She wasn't sure how to explain it, but she kind of missed the over-protectiveness of Adam and Clay and some of the other guys she had known back home and in New York. She even missed Clay and Lucas frowning at her clothing from time to time.

Not to get her wrong. She really liked Cordelia, but the whole being assigned to separate cabins made finding her friend a bit difficult.
But, hey, cheerleading tryouts were on Saturday and she was positive that she would see Cordelia there.
She sighed and rolled over, pondering casting a spell to make the lights dance overhead. Or at least maybe that would help get some of the confusion straightened out in her mind before it erupted into her famous temper.
